More for the New Year

ALONG with the start of a new year comes a promise of a new beginning. And depending on one’s propensity to push, there could actually be a couple or more promises to work on the whole year round.
Many would agree that 2012 has been a very interesting year. Where there is loss at one moment, gain abounds the next. Where there is challenge at one area, there is triumph at another. Surely, the year that is about to end has paved a very optimistic way for the next year to follow.
When 2012 began, many must have made lists of New Year’s resolutions. Right, that has become a fad over time, though the real question is whether such deals were really acted upon to materialize or not.
Now that 2013 is already knocking at the door, asking for another round of resolutions should seem a little too cliche. So, for the sake of a little twist, a number of people, who have been into a lot of worthwhile pursuits this year, were asked about what other ventures they plan to get involved in next.
First off, Dalareich Polot’s calendar has been filled with personal and business trips, volunteer works for National Alopecia Areata Foundation in California, scholarship from GoldMan Sachs Business Training Program, managing her online business, blogging, arnis training and piano lessons.
